Graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree emphasizing engineering curriculum in Aeronautical Engineering and Human Factors in Engineering & Design disciplines.

"I am living out my obsession with mentoring."

     This is my life’s work and I am at a crucial stage in my development as a leader of a national body that was granted a tax-exempt charter recognizing it as a separate legal entity having its own rights, powers, and privileges distinct from those of my own.

     Marching into the realm of the unknown and the untried, an emerging theme for this global, Multicultural 21st Century is the preparation of the nation's future leaders and workforce begins at an early age and is influenced enormously by mentors from preschool through college.

     Concurrent with the widespread agreement mentors must be professionally developed and readied, my concentration is to provide training, seminars, workshops and competency-based certification courses in the field of Mentor Education to prospective mentor practitioners for appointment that wish to assist others with general education and career development needs.

     Unlike traditional career paths, where one position leads naturally or sequentially to the other, I followed a rarefied course where a combination of factors led me to envision and launch a novel, daring and non-traditional enterprise.  As a person who strives to maintain fealty to a supreme-being greater and mightier than man, I do not believe in unexplained and mysterious coincidences.  The credo, "My Daily Motivation," captures this unspoken and profound connection and consciously identifies the most significant and influential personality who helped me to crystallize the guiding vision.  Appointed Mentor Practitioners^TM are asked to live out a vision for their own lives: 

Over time, demonstrate justice, maintain a visible commitment of integrity and provide for someone else's desire for enduring Responsible Success.

     At a time when certain events left me feeling especially insignificant and vulnerable, Dr. Adolphus Andrews happened to call me with good news to jump-start my heart, challenge my mind, and sharpen my perspective.  My experiences related to cultural difference caused me to develop confused perceptions and beliefs about identity, my capabilities and my creative intelligence.

     On active duty in 1987 as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force and the Commander of the Preparatory School at the United States Air Force Academy, Dr. Andrews clarified the meaning and values implicit in my own attitude, feelings, and behavior, and showed me how to incorporate these insights in daily lifestyle practice.  Out of high regard for Dr. Andrews and to emphasize an "attitude of gratitude," I selected a unique consultancy niche--to be a recognized expert on the subject of competency-based certification standards for Appointed Mentor Practitioners.^TM

     My expectation is that this efficacy campaign will illuminate my talents to a wider audience nationwide so my autonomous efforts can mesh smoothly into substantial community achievement.  Moreover, I want to augment my ability to acquire and administer human, financial, material, technological and information resources in a manner that instills public trust I can accomplish the nonprofit mission:

Introduce a competing example that is a cut-above the marketed lifestyles of celebrity role-models and self-certified mentors young adults and children consistently see everywhere, daily.
